These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Attir, a wardrobe and grooming platform operated by remrkbl.com. By using Attir you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit Attir for unauthorized purposes.
- Upload unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
- Interfere with servers, security features, or other users.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By upgrading you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select. You may cancel any time and will retain access through the end of your billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, including branding, UI elements, and software, is owned by remrkbl.com. You retain ownership of your own content but grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Attir is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, remrkbl.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Attir.
Changes
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the app. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
